The Company:
Asif Lighting Group of Companies is a limited liability company owned by Mr. Satish Gavande. The company was initially formed in the Sultanate of Oman, and has now branched out to the U.A.E. and India. The company has an Omani national partner for its operations in the Sultanate of Oman and U.A.E, while the company is a sole proprietary in India.

Initially the company started as a small trading company in Sultanate of Oman in the year 1990. It also started undertaking projects for the installation of Airfield Lightings, and in the year 1991 itself undertook the installation of Seeb international Airport at Muscat- Oman. Over the years the company has slowly expanded its activities to Consultation activity for Design and Building of Airports, Installation of Navigation Aids like ILS, TACAN, DVORS and Air Traffic Control Towers in addition to Airfield Lighting and Obstruction Lighting. Presently the company can boast of having undertaken projects in countries like India, Oman, U.A.E., Turkmenistan, Congo, Qatar, Afghanistan and Iraq. Recently we have also added to our services systems like baggage handling, aero bridges and bird control systems.

Management:
Mr. Satish V. Gavande represents the company as Chief Executive Officer in all aspects of legal, administrative, financial and technical matters. He is assisted in his work by the respective specialists in each of the Systems and has an able financial department to take care of the commercial aspects of the company. The senior management personnel are an ethnic mix of British, American, Philippines, and Indian nationalities who are professionals in Engineering and Commerce. The company has appointed a recognized Chartered Accountancy firm as auditors of the company.
